UMN ECO is an organization under the auspices of the UMN Student Executive Board that provides a forum for students to take an active role in preserving the environment jointly. Recycling is one of the activities promoted by UMN ECO to realize sustainability on Earth.

4. Social Activities for Disaster Victims
Natural disasters are calamities that humans cannot predict. When natural disasters occur, there are often many victims. The victims of these natural disasters need a helping hand, attention, and assistance in the form of material and maybe even energy. One of the Student Organizations of Universitas Multimedia Nusantara that is most responsive to this is Mapala UMN.
Although it is included in the Arts and Culture Club, the UMN Mapala Club is particularly concerned about victims of natural disasters. Not only collecting donations, the UMN Mapala Club has also been proven to have volunteered during the earthquake and tsunami in Palu and Donggala.
