UMN Campus is located in the residential area of Summarecon Gading Serpong, Tangerang between two toll roads: Jakarta – Merak toll road and JORR-Serpong BSD toll road. With such an accessible location and complete facilities around the campus, students will enjoy the study in UMN a lot.

As part of Gading Serpong residents, UMN’s students can take the Summarecon shuttle bus services for free to the mall, certain residential areas, and also dormitory. Several property developers also provide public transport like feeder buses.

To support the transportation to campus, UMN provides campus buses from modern market BSD to UMN. Not only safe, the campus buses are also cheaper and more comfortable as you do not need to take other buses. To enjoy a comfortable ride by campus bus, the passengers only need to buy daily or weekly tickets. Let’s take campus bus, safer and more convenient!

Going to UMN by public transport is also easy. The nearest bus station is located in Islamic or Cikokol Tangerang. From the bus station, you can take public transportation or a motorcycle taxi (called ojek).

Jakarta-Merak Toll Road

Take the toll road exit to Tangerang-BSD Serpong. The road is then split into two directions, the left direction goes to Serpong and the right to Tangerang; take the left to Serpong. Then, again the road is split into two directions, the left goes to BSD and the right particularly goes to Gading Serpong; take the right. Continue on the main road, UMN campus is ±6 kilometers from the to toll road exit.

JORR-Serpong Toll Road

Take the toll road exit in BSD from the second gate, then take the way to Tangerang. After passing Serpong-Tangerang main road, you will see Asshobirin Islamic Hospital on the left. Get into the road next to it to Gading Serpong. You will see Christ Cathedral building on the right. Take a u-turn and continue on the left side of the road until you find Aston Hotel, and then turn left. Go on and UMN Campus is around 1.5 km from Aston Hotel.

Cikampek Toll Road (Bekasi, Bandung, Cirebon, Central/East Java)

From Cikampek toll road, take the way to Pondok Indah/BSD Serpong and you will get into JORR (Jakarta Outer Ring Road). Take the second exit gate in BSD and go on to Tangerang. After passing Serpong-Tangerang main road, you will see Asshobirin Islamic Hospital on the left. Get into the road next to it to Gading Serpong. You will see Christ Cathedral building on the right. Take a u-turn and continue on the left side of the road until you find Aston Hotel, and then turn left. Go on and UMN Campus is around 1.5 km from Aston Hotel.

Jagorawi Toll Road (Cibubur, Bogor, Ciawi)

After passing Cibubur, take the way to JORR (Jakarta Outer Ring Road) to Pondok Indah/BSD/Serpong. After passing Serpong-Tangerang main road, you will see Asshobirin Islamic Hospital on the left. Get into the road next to it to Gading Serpong. You will see Christ Cathedral building on the right. Take a u-turn and continue on the left side of the road until you find Aston Hotel, and then turn left. Go on and UMN Campus is around 1.5 km from Aston Hotel.

KRL (Electric Trains) can be alternative public transportation to save time. Students who take the train may get off the train in Serpong Train Station, then take public transport. Students from other cities can go to Gambir Train Station first.

It takes 30 minutes from UMN Campus to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. Take the exit road from the airport through M1 gate and continue to Gading Serpong. It costs about RP. 100,000,00 from the airport to UMN Campus by taxi.

Merak harbor is mostly used by people to go from Sumatra to Java the other way around. From Merak harbor, get into Jakarta-Merak toll road. After passing CBD Serpong, take the exit to BSD-Serpong. After Serpong main road, get into Gading Serpong area; continue on the main road.

Located right in front of UMN Campus, SDC has several tenants like Inul Vista, McD drive thru, Apple Service Center, and some other tenants with reputable brand. SDC is also equipped with an affordable food court, computer center, and school supply center.

SMS offers various entertainment and daily needs. The mall is also a place to hangout, have discussions or do the assignments. SMS can be reached only in 5 minutes by shuttle bus.

To fulfill the daily needs, students can go to the clean, neat and comfortable modern market. Several items from the basic needs such as vegetables or cooked dishes, clothes to glassware can be found here in an affordable price.

UMN is located between St. Carolus Hospital and Bethsaida Hospital – both have modern health facilities.

A big “Giant” shopping center is very close to UMN so the students can easily shop there.

Fame Hotel, Ibis Hotel, Atria Hotel, Ara Hotels are located around UMN. The parents of students will easily find the place to stay when they visit Gading Serpong.

Gym, golf course, bicycle tracks for bikers are available around UMN Campus. Funbikes and gymnastics are often held for free.

Kelapa Dua Police Station is 5 minutes away from UMN.

Official UMN’s dormitory is available. Boarding houses in apartments, shops or resident’s houses are also available around campus. They cost about Rp. 1.5 million. The boarding houses farther from the campus may be more economical.

The latest Japanese mall is already in BSD. It takes only 20 minutes from UMN Campus. This mall is one of the city’s attraction also for people in Jakarta.
