UMN Receives an Award from BCA Bank

TANGERANG – On Friday, February 17, 2023, UMN brought home three awards at the BCA Networking Party held by BCA Bank at the BCA Learning Institute, Sentul. 

The BCA Networking Party is a collaborative event between Bank BCA and several leading universities in Indonesia to provide information about BCA’s business developments and a forum for discussing future opportunities for cooperation between universities and BCA. 

“This event is also an opportunity for us to appreciate the collaboration that has been well built over the years.” said BCA Director, Lianawaty Suwono.

Lianawaty also added that the Networking Party event generated a lot of new insights, both for BCA as an industry and for the university.

“We hope that there will always be two-way communication like this. So we can be  updated on the current world of education, and you are also updated on what is sought after in the world of work today,” Lianawaty said. 

UMN, which has collaborated with BCA, is one of the universities to attend the event, represented by Elfira Fitri Wahyono M.Si., UMN’s External Student Affairs Manager, to receive three awards. The awards are Collaborative Partnership, Top 5 Most Engaging University, and Best Internship Partner. 

These three appreciation awards were given to UMN for the good cooperation that has been carried out between UMN’s CDC (Career Development Center) and BCA Bank, especially in terms of developing student career skills. 

“It is hoped that with the appreciation awards that have been given, BCA and UMN can establish a more solid cooperation, and of course more beneficial cooperation for UMN and BCA,” Elfira, UMN’s Student Affairs Manager, said. 

Elfira further added that she hopes this award can motivate UMN CDC to establish good cooperation with other industries.
