IELTS is jointly owned by the British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia, and Cambridge English.”
Most companies and institutions require English proficiency examinations. IELTS is one of the most recognized English assessments globally. UMN students who wish to get a professional English language assessment can soon take their examinations on campus.
