Opening The Way for Education and Industry Collaboration, UMN Partners with WIN100

Tangerang, (22/09/2026) – Universitas Multimedia Nusantara (UMN) has once again formalized a collaboration, this time with PT Seratus Persen WIN (WIN100). The collaboration will cover student career development and various activities that strengthen the relationship between education and industry.

WIN100 is a company in the financial sector whose industry needs extend beyond accounting to other fields. The launch of the collaboration between UMN and WIN100 through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is expected to expand opportunities for cooperation in various fields and involve more UMN faculty.

“Before the launch of this collaboration, our company was already quite familiar with UMN, both through training programs and the absorption of UMN students at WIN100. Seeing the competence of UMN students at our company encouraged us to formalize our collaboration with UMN,” said Petrus Andum Subagya, SE., M.Si., Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of WIN100.

Petrus also expressed his enthusiasm for the opportunity to collaborate with UMN. Since industry needs today are not limited to accounting alone, Petrus hopes students from various faculties and study programs can take part and pursue their careers at WIN100.

“We believe that by moving forward together, education and industry can jointly cultivate and sharpen the critical thinking of the younger generation. Today, that is the ability that has become important and needed,” he added.

Dr. Ika Yanuarti, S.E., M.S.F, CSA., Vice Rector for Student Affairs, also expressed her pride in the opportunity and the trust that WIN100 has placed in UMN to collaborate together.

“Previously, UMN had already collaborated extensively with WIN100 through the many students absorbed there. This is certainly a form of the company’s trust in UMN, and through the launch of this collaboration, more collaboration opportunities can be opened up and cover more faculties,” said Ika.

Furthermore, Ika outlined various forms of collaboration between UMN and WIN100, ranging from guest lectures, workshops, career days, and campus hiring to curriculum matching.

“Through the initiation of this collaboration program, it is hoped that industry involvement in student learning can truly prepare students to enter the workforce before they graduate. It is also hoped that the collaboration between UMN and WIN100 can be built even more closely,” she added.
