Tangerang, (06/06/2026) – Universitas Multimedia Nusantara (UMN) once again held its Open House 2026 as a platform for prospective students and parents to get to know UMN’s academic environment, study programs, and learning facilities more closely. During this event, participants also had the opportunity to receive free education consultations and information on various scholarship programs totalling millions of rupiah.
This year’s UMN Open House once again emphasized the vision of “Preparing Future-Ready Graduates,” as UMN continues its commitment to delivering quality education to prepare its graduates for careers. UMN emphasizes this vision not only through academic development but also through the continuous cultivation of human skills in the learning process.

“The UMN Open House is not only a place to find out what studying at UMN is like. However, prospective students and parents can also learn how UMN continually prepares its graduates for the future. I believe that the parents here want to give the best for their children,” welcomed the UMN Rector, Dr. Andrey Andoko.
On this occasion, Andrey explained directly how UMN’s curriculum is designed to meet global standards and follow industry trends. Andrey presented this tangible commitment through various international accreditation achievements, student programs, and a curriculum centered on two major current topics: Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Sustainability.
“Equipping students with these two topics is certainly not merely about encouraging students to understand them theoretically. More than that, we prepare these two topics so that students continue to hone their human skills, which machines do not possess. Of course, what matters most to us is preparing graduates who are ready for the future and who are willing to continue learning (lifelong learners),” he added.
This sharing session was also attended by alumni from each faculty, including Gloria Wijaya from the Faculty of Communication Sciences, Samuel Jonas from the Faculty of Arts & Design, Livia Anmestasya Nasywaa from the Faculty of Business, and Juan Richard Harmel from the Faculty of Engineering and Informatics. Each shared their real learning experiences at UMN, covering academics, the campus environment, student activities, and their career paths after graduation.

Prospective students and parents who attended the UMN Open House also had the opportunity to see the facilities directly and consult with each Head of Study Program. This opportunity is expected to help prospective students and parents determine the higher education choice that best suits their interests.
Arief Setyadi H, S.T., M.M., as the General Manager of Marketing and Business Development at UMN, was also present and emphasized that the UMN Open House is not merely about introducing UMN’s academic scope and facilities. For Arief, the Open House allows prospective students and parents to see UMN’s commitment to producing industry-ready graduates.
“I am delighted to see prospective students and parents able to attend this Open House and engage in extensive consultations with the Deans, Heads of Study Programs, and UMN Education Consultants. For me, this interaction is important so that prospective students and parents can understand study programs that align with and support their future,” Arief explained.
Arief hopes that prospective students will not hesitate to join UMN and continue their studies. In addition to receiving a quality education, students will also gain support to develop their potential and achieve their dreams.
