Tangerang – On Wednesday, July 30, 2025, Universitas Multimedia Nusantara (UMN) conducted an Industry Visit to Vivere Group. During this visit, UMN and Vivere Group initiated various collaborations that can be undertaken together. This opportunity opens career prospects for students and expands the scope of the partnership between UMN and Vivere Group.
Vivere Group is a company that operates in Indonesia’s interior design and furnishing sector. Established in 1948, Vivere Group has developed various brands such as Idemu, Carta, Vinoti, Casaka, and others, all of which remain active in interior design, interior decoration, and furnishing.
“This is a great opportunity for us to collaborate with Vivere Group. Previously, some students had already completed internships at Vivere Group. We hope that the number of UMN students interning or working full-time at Vivere Group will increase further,” Elfira F. Wahyono, M.Si, Manager of the Career Development Center at UMN, said
Elfira also opened up recruitment collaboration opportunities for Vivere Group so that, in the future, Vivere Group can join various recruitment programs at UMN. Collaboration opportunities can be carried out together, including career days, career preparation, campus hiring, guest lectures, and various activities that will benefit both UMN and Vivere Group.
“Considering our company’s needs, several positions are indeed required at Vivere Group, including in communication, business, design, and technical fields. We are open to UMN students or fresh graduates who wish to continue their careers at UMN, as our company is not only based in Tangerang but also spread across various regions,” Karina Ariandita, Head of the Recruitment Department at Vivere Group, said
Karina feels that this partnership is a good opportunity, considering that Vivere Group handles various businesses and will require competent and creative human resources in the future. Karina is also open to participating in recruitment events at UMN and hopes this collaboration will run smoothly.
“I hope that this collaboration can proceed in the future, and of course, through this collaboration, we can enhance the human resources at Vivere Group even further. Also, the recruitment programs at UMN are attractive, and we hope that Vivere Group can be involved in the future,” Karina concluded.
