Our institution shares the decisions made during the annual Management Review internally. The meeting minutes and supporting evidence of activities are distributed via email and stored on OneDrive, accessible to all academic staff.

The Annual Management Review serves as our institution’s formal Annual General Meeting. During this review, we discuss several critical areas: 

1. Academic – Evaluating and planning study programs, curriculum, teaching quality, and student achievements. 
2. Non-Academic – Reviewing student activities, campus facilities, infrastructure, and other support services. 
3. HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) – Assessing and improving health protocols, workplace safety, and environmental management. 

Sharing Meeting Minutes (MoM)
The Minutes of Meeting (MoM) from the Management Review are shared internally via email. The email includes a direct link to a OneDrive folder containing: 

1. Meeting Minutes – A document detailing all decisions, discussions, and agreed actions. 
2. Supporting Evidence – Documents such as photos, videos, presentations, and other materials relevant to the discussions. 

Reasons for Internal Sharing
We share the Management Review minutes internally due to the following reasons: 

1. Confidentiality – Some topics, such as institutional strategies, internal performance data, and financial matters, are sensitive. 
2. Internal Focus – The Management Review primarily serves internal purposes, focusing on evaluation, planning, and performance improvement. 
3. Efficient Communication – Using email and OneDrive ensures that all relevant stakeholders receive information quickly and effectively. 

Through this process, we ensure that all internal stakeholders are well-informed and aligned with the institution’s plans and decisions.
