UMN Launches RPL Program, Offering More Flexible Access to Higher Education for Professionals

Pandeglang (02/04/2025) – Universitas Multimedia Nusantara along with PT Federal International Finance (FIF GROUP) has officially launch Desa Sejahtera Astra (DSA) program, at Desa Bukit, Sinyonya, Pandeglang. The launching of DSA is a real UMN’s commitment in supporting circular economic and sustainability through village community empowerment
The official launch of Desa Sejahtera Astra is a strategic step for UMN in strengthening collaboration between academic world and industry at creating sustainable social impact. The launching of DSA is joined by the Rector UMN, FIFGROUP Director, and the Vice Regent of Pandeglang as a form of support for the implementation of community empowerment programs in Desa Bukit Sinyonya.
“Bukit Sinyonya is one of UMN’s community villages, obviously I felt grateful that UMN could collaborate strategically with FIF Group. Through this collaboration it is expected that UMN and FIF Group could contribute more, particularly in supporting the circular green economy and other sustainable programs,” said the Rector of UMN, Dr. Andrey Andoko, during the inauguration of the DSA program.
Looking through the university side, Andrey stated that, this program is also one of lecturers commitment to contribute to the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, particularly community service (Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat), which focuses on empowering and improving the welfare of the society. Andrey also expected, through this program UMN will be able to create broader positive impacts for the community.
“The collaboration between UMN and FIF Group is great, we saw that this collaboration is one of the programs we could hand in hand in, considering that both parties have the same visions in supporting sustainability actions”, says Esther Sri Harjati, as the Director of FIF Group.
For Ether, this collaboration is a real commitment of FIF Group in implementing sustainable programs. He also expressed confidence that through this collaboration, Universitas Multimedia Nusantara will be able to support and further enhance the DSA program in a competent and efficient manner.
“We really appreciate these collaborated DSA program between UMN adn FIF Group regarding the empowerment of Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) at Bukit Sinyonya. I expected these collaborations could give many benefits and contributions to the community, while also encouraging the growth of all existing sectors,” said Andri Supriadi, S.H..
