Tangerang, August 1, 2025 – The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in recent years has brought about major changes in business, education, and employment. According to a report by the World Economic Forum, AI is projected to create 97 million new jobs globally by 2025, while also transforming the skills required across nearly all industrial sectors. Amid this transformation, understanding and mastering AI is no longer an additional advantage but an essential requirement for professionals and industry players.
As a concrete contribution to cultivating talent ready to tackle the challenges of the digital age, DQLab is collaborating with Universitas Multimedia Nusantara (UMN) to host the AI Training: Prompt Engineering for Business Users program. The program will take place on August 2, 9, and 16, 2025, at the AI Center & Lab UMN, a state-of-the-art facility specifically designed to drive innovation and experimentation in artificial intelligence.
For the younger generation, learning prompt engineering is a strategic step to enhance competitiveness amid the rapid pace of automation and digital transformation. By understanding how to craft effective prompts, they can maximize generative AI technology to support learning processes, research, and even create creative solutions across various fields, from digital content to data analysis. This skill also helps them better prepare for the evolving needs of industries that are increasingly prioritizing digital fluency.

Another benefit of mastering prompt engineering for the younger generation is the ability to become more independent in tackling challenges, increasing productivity, and accelerating the exploration of ideas. In a dynamic and project-based future workplace, this skill becomes a significant added value and opens up more career opportunities, even for those from non-technical backgrounds.
This training focuses on prompt engineering, a new skill key to maximizing the potential of generative AI such as ChatGPT and various LLM (Large Language Models)- based tools. Through a practical, case-study-based approach, participants will be equipped to interact strategically with AI to support work efficiency, decision-making, and business solution development.
The collaboration between DQLab and UMN reflects a shared commitment to expanding access to AI literacy in Indonesia, particularly for professionals, academics, and beginners who wish to develop relevant digital skills. Using the UMN AI Lab as a training location also symbolizes the synergy between educational institutions and an adaptive industrial learning ecosystem that keeps pace with the times.
