Dennis Gunawan, S.Kom., M.Sc. is a lecturer in the Informatics Study Program, Faculty of Engineering and Informatics, at Universitas Multimedia Nusantara (UMN). He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Universitas Multimedia Nusantara and his Master’s degree from Chinese Culture University. His areas of expertise include Informatics Engineering and Information Management, with interests in developing information technology solutions that support computing and information management.
Dennis has authored various scientific publications covering topics such as optical character recognition (OCR), entity annotation, expert systems, cybersecurity, and user authentication. His research has been published in reputable journals and conference proceedings, including TELKOMNIKA, the International Journal of Technology (IJTech), Ultimatics, and the International Conference and Workshop on Telecommunication, Computing, Electronic and Control (ICW-Telkomnika). Through his research and teaching activities, he continues to contribute to the advancement of knowledge and the practical application of technology in the field of informatics.
