Tangerang, (19/05/2026) – UMN has once again reinforced its commitment to preparing students for future careers through a collaboration with L’Oréal Indonesia. This collaboration will encompass internships for students, full-time career opportunities, and other academic partnerships to provide knowledge and professional industry experience.
UMN continues to affirm its commitment to enhancing graduate absorption into the industry. This commitment is realized through formalizing the collaboration between UMN and L’Oréal Indonesia. Previously, UMN had already engaged in various collaborative activities with L’Oréal Indonesia, and through this official partnership, it is hoped that more programs can be developed together.
“We are very excited to collaborate with UMN. With this inauguration, we hope that more UMN students and graduates will be absorbed into L’Oréal Indonesia. As an industry, we certainly need many young talents who can support and continue to develop our business,” Victoria Aswien, Chief Human Resources Officer at L’Oréal Indonesia, said.
Through this initiative, Victoria revealed that there are various collaborative opportunities to explore in the future. In addition to student absorption into L’Oréal Indonesia, Victoria also suggested other initiatives, including guest lectures, curriculum alignment, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs. This collaboration will involve all study programs at UMN, including students with disabilities.
“With the formalization of the collaboration between UMN and L’Oréal Indonesia, it is hoped that the programs established can become more active and make a real contribution to UMN students in the future. Beyond collaboration on student programs, we are also open to various other initiatives,” Victoria added.
Responding to this, the Vice Rector for Student Affairs at UMN, Dr. Ika Yanuarti, S.E., M.S.F, CSA., also welcomed the existing collaboration opportunities. In this regard, Ika has programs that align with L’Oréal Indonesia’s initiatives.
“We have a program that aligns with L’Oréal Indonesia, namely curriculum matching between industry and study programs, and I believe quite a few study programs are open to this program. Additionally, there is a company scholarship program for students, so that upon graduation, students can directly work at L’Oréal Indonesia,” Ika explained.
Through this collaboration, Ika believes that students can gain new abilities, both soft skills and hard skills, as UMN also continues to uphold the 5C values (Caring, Credible, Competent, Competitive, and Customer Delight).
“In addition to curriculum and learning programs, we will also collaborate on various activities ranging from career days, campus hiring, to workshops with industry. I am confident that many UMN students will be interested in L’Oréal Indonesia through the programs established,” Ika concluded.
