UMN Master’s Open House 2025 at Menara Kompas (Doc. UMN)

Jakarta, Thursday (08/07/2025) – The Universitas Multimedia Nusantara Master’s Program held an Open House at Menara Kompas, Palmerah. This Open House invited prospective students to learn more about the two master’s programs available at UMN in detail and introduced the newly launched Master’s in Design program. The UMN Master’s Program Open House is open to the public for those interested in learning more about UMN’s master’s programs.

Two program Directors from the Master’s in Communication Studies and Master’s in Technology Management programs, as well as the Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Design, attended the UMN Master’s Program Open House. The hope is that this Open House will provide new perspectives on UMN’s master’s programs, enabling prospective students to determine which program best suits their further studies.

“This Master’s Open House is specifically open to those residing in Jakarta, as the location is at the Kompas Tower. We aim to provide education accessible to employees living in Jakarta or near the Kompas Tower. Thus, those seeking to learn and acquire new knowledge can enroll in the UMN Master’s program,” Arief Setyadi H, S.T., M.M., General Marketing and Business Development, said.

Arief also mentioned that this Open House is aimed at helping working professionals who wish to advance their careers and studies explore UMN’s Master’s program further. He believes there are many advantages and benefits to be gained there. Arief hopes that through the Master’s Open House, prospective students can become more familiar with and connected to UMN’s Master’s program.

“By participating in the Master’s Open House, prospective students can learn a lot, starting from tuition fees, academic procedures, and detailed explanations of each program. This year’s Open House is also quite different from previous years, as we are introducing the new Master’s in Design program, which has attracted a significant number of applicants,” Sorta Yocevina Putri Rumapea, S.Si., M.I.Kom., Education Consultant for Graduate & Professional Programs, said.

Sorta also highlighted several benefits of attending the UMN Master’s Program Open House, including special scholarships for prospective Master’s in Design students and insights into each program’s strengths. Sorta hopes that through this Open House, prospective students can gain the knowledge they need and firm up their resolve to enroll in the UMN Master’s Program.
