Sari Monik Agustin holds both a Master’s and Doctoral degree in Communication Science from Universitas Indonesia (UI). She began her teaching career in 1998 as a lecturer in the Sociology undergraduate program at UI, where she taught Introduction to Sociology. This foundation has shaped her expertise in the fields of Communication Sociology and Media Sociology. Dr. Monik is currently a faculty member at the Faculty of Communication Science at Universitas Multimedia Nusantara (UMN) and also teaches in the Postgraduate Communication Science Program at Universitas Indonesia. In addition to her roles at UI and UMN, Dr. Sari Monik Agustin has taught at various universities in Jakarta, including Universitas Al Azhar Indonesia, Universitas Pancasila, Universitas Paramadina, and Universitas Sahid. She is also frequently invited to share her knowledge at universities across Indonesia.
