After graduating from the University of Indonesia, Cendera Rizky’s career as a practitioner in various roles began in 2008 at PT. Langgeng Pariwara Internasional as a media planner and WWF Indonesia as a media content developer. Furthermore, he worked at PT. Darya Varia Laboratoria as Corporate Communication, Internal Relations, and ANTV in the Corporate Communication section in 2012.
His career as an academic began in 2012 at the London School of Public Relations (LSPR), where he served as thesis coordinator in the thesis department until 2018. In the same year he joined as a lecturer at UMN in 2018, he was entrusted to become the Secretary of the Communication Studies Study Program, while concurrently serving as a lecturer for courses in Media Relations and Publicity Effectiveness, Mass Communication and Popular Culture, Research Proposal Seminars, Introduction to Corporate Communication, and others. In 2022, he was entrusted with serving as Chair of the Study Program and concurrently Deputy Chair of the Task Force from the university for the 2022 LLDikti Region III Merdeka Campus Competition Program.
While working at Multimedia Nusantara University, he has been actively involved in the preparation process for the re-accreditation of BAN-PT with the A predicate and the international accreditation of the AUN-QA study program with the “adequate as expected” predicate.
