UMN Conducts Industry Visit to Ciputra Garden

Tangerang – On Tuesday (17/06/2020), Universitas Multimedia Nusantara visited Ciputra Garden, a subsidiary of the Ciputra Group. UMN’s Career Development Center organized the visit. During the industry visit, UMN and Ciputra Garden discussed various collaborations that they could undertake.

Ciputra Group is one of Indonesia’s leading companies in the fields of projects, education, healthcare, and media. Established 40 years ago in Indonesia, Ciputra Group’s first project was Citra Garden City Jakarta, which has since been expanded and continues to grow.

“This is a great opportunity for UMN to collaborate with Ciputra Garden. Given that Ciputra Garden is extensive and one of the largest projects in Indonesia, we want students to have the opportunity to expand their careers in various industrial fields,” said Elfira.

Elfira herself has initiated various future collaborations, opening internships and full-time positions for students and other programs. Other programs initiated by Elfira include career days, campus hiring, and guest lectures for students.

“There are many things that UMN can do together with Ciputra Garden. I hope this collaboration can involve the four faculties at UMN and also support sustainability at UMN. Given that sustainability is now a fairly important issue in higher education and industry,” added Elfira.

Citra Garden is open to collaboration in career development and sustainability initiatives. This collaboration will, in the long term, is hoped to benefit both parties in terms of recruitment and sustainable development. Citra Garden is currently seeking both full-time students and interns for company development.
