Henilia Yulita earned her Bachelor’s degree in Management from Atma Jaya Catholic University in 2001. She completed her Master of Management program at Bunda Mulia University in 2013 and later pursued a second Master’s degree in Communication Science at the same university, graduating in 2018. In 2023, she obtained her Doctorate in Communication Science from the Graduate School of Sahid University, Jakarta. Henilia has been a multiple recipient of research grants awarded by the Ministry of Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemenristek Dikti), with publications in nationally accredited journals (SINTA 1–6) as well as internationally indexed Scopus journals. She also serves as a peer reviewer for several international Scopus-indexed journals. Currently, Henilia is a full-time faculty member in the Communication Science Program at Universitas Multimedia Nusantara.
