Marlinda Vasty Overbeek, S.Kom., M.Kom. is a lecturer in the Informatics Study Program at Universitas Multimedia Nusantara (UMN), with expertise in Machine Learning, Pattern Recognition, Information Retrieval, and Bioinformatics. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering at STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang and pursued her Master’s degree in Computer Science at the Graduate School of Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB).
Her research focuses on artificial intelligence, digital image processing, recommendation systems, classification, as well as data analysis and clustering. Her research works include the application of Machine Learning and computational methods to address problems in tourism, agriculture, healthcare, and decision support systems. She has also contributed to various scientific publications in national and international journals and conferences.
