Dr. Nunik Afriliana, S.Kom., MMSI is the Head of the Artificial Intelligence Study Program in the Faculty of Engineering and Informatics at Universitas Multimedia Nusantara (UMN). She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from President University and her Master’s degree in Information System Management from Universitas Bina Nusantara. Her areas of expertise include Applied Computing, Computing Methodologies, and Information Systems, with a focus on applying computational technologies to support the development of intelligent systems and data-driven solutions.
Dr. Nunik has contributed to various scientific publications, particularly in the fields of medical image processing and artificial intelligence. Her research includes lumbar spine MRI image segmentation for stenosis detection using neural networks and the development of ground truth data for automatic MRI image segmentation. Through her research, teaching, and academic leadership, she continues to contribute to the advancement of education and research in artificial intelligence and information technology.
